 Registration fees for the 13th International Symposium on Toxicity Assessment in Japanese currency(Yen). They include the symposium package plenary sessions, workshops and poster presentations, four midday lunches, a welcoming cocktail on Sunday, a wine and cheese party on Tuesday, a day-long excursion including a midday meal and dinner on Wednesday, and a banquet on Thursday. Taxes are included. Internet registration is preferred.

| HOW TO MAKE A REGISTRATION |
|
We accept your registration on the Internet. |
|
We will send you a "completion of your application" by e-mail after your application is all done. |
|
If you do not have access to the internet, please fax/mail to the ISTA 13 Symposium Secretariat. After receiving the form, the ISTA 13 Symposium Secretariat will contact you with registration details and payment information.

| ABOUT CANCELLATION AND CHANGE |
|
You can cancel or change your reservation any time during the period for application. (Up to August 10) |
|
Cancellation after the registration deadline（August 4) cannot be refunded. |
|

| METHOD OF PAYMENT |
|
|
|
You can pay your registration fees charges either with your credit card or by paying into our bank account. |
|
When you pay with your credit card, the settlement day will be after your application. |
|
When you pay into our bank account, you are supposed to complete your payment by August 7(Monday). |
