We accept your lodging reservation on the Internet. |
|
|
We will send you a “completion of your application” by e-mail after your application is all done. |
|
|
Please print out the screen of “confirmation of your application”
(You are supposed to submit it to the hotel as the confirmation of your reservation.)

| ABOUT CANCELLATION AND CHANGE |

|
|
You can cancel or change your reservation any time during the period for application. (Up to August 4) |
|
|
After the period for application, please inform us of your cancellation or change by e-mail using the predetermined form. |

| ABOUT PAYMENT |
|
|
|
|
You can pay your accommodation charges either with your credit card or by paying into our bank account. |
|
|
When you pay with your credit card, the settlement day will be after your application. |
|
|
When you pay into our bank account, you are supposed to complete your payment by August 7(Monday). |

| HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
|
|
2weeks or more prior to the date of arrival: No cancellation fee. |
|
3day prior: 20% of one night accommodation fee. |
|
1day prior: 50% of one night accommodation fee. |
|
ON the date of arrival, or no notice given: 100% accommodation fee. |
