Toyama is located in the center of Japan. Access from 3 major metropolitan areas is available by air or by JR (Japan Railway).

[From Narita airport ]
3 hours. You will need to transfer from Narita airport to Haneda airport. Then take the direct flight from Haneda airport to Toyama.airport.

[From Centrair airport (Nagoya) ]
4 hours and 40min. You will need to transfer to JR Nagoya station.Then take the JR line (Express, Shirasagi) bound for Toyama.

[From Kansai airport (Osaka) ]
4 hours and 10min. You will need to transfer to JR Shin-Osaka station. Then take JR line (Express, Thunderbird) bound for Toyama.
