Duration of Presentation (including a 5-minute discussion)
Keynote Lecture: 40 minutes
Plenary Lecture: 30 minutes
ERATO Session: 20 minutes
Oral Session: 15 minutes

Presenters are requested to use your own PC

  • We recommend that you bring back-up data in CD-R or USB flash memory.
  • Ensure that your computer is equipped with a mini D-sub 15 pins connector.
  • If your computer does not have this connection, please bring an appropriate converter.
  • Be sure to bring all required connection cables and AC adaptor and plug adapter for your own PC.
  • The voltage for Western Japan, including Kanazawa, is 100 V, 60 Hz. The plug type in Japan is type A with two flat blades without a ground pin, the same type widely used in the USA and Canada.
  • Turn off any sleep functions and screensavers.
  • After your presentation, please collect your PC at the PC Desk.

Posters are preferably put up as early as possible on the day of presentation, to make it possible that posters will be available for viewing.

Any poster left after the scheduled removal time will be disposed of by the secretariat.
